New Year! New Commitment to the Blog!

Happy New Year Everyone!! Can you believe its the year 2011? I feel like isnt this the time we should be living like the Jetson's? With flying car's and robotic maids. Ok..the car I can do without, but the robotic maid, now I would really like that!

As we get ready to pack all the holidays up, I did want to remind you that in just a few weeks, it will be Valentine's Day. I love Valentine's Day. I think its because it is the one day a year my hubby makes it ALL about me. Birthdays end up being a family date out. Christmas is about the children and family. But, Valentine's day, its about ME. flowers, candy, cards, and usually the annual Valentine's CD he makes for me too. Ok..even if your not into the flowers and etc etc, come on! A Valentine's CD made by your partner in life--ROMANTIC! As he picks out songs that remind him of me or our relationship. So far so good on that! I haven't heard any Tammy Wynette (D-I-V-O-R-C-E) or Pat Benatar (Heartbreaker, LOL!

Today I wanted to share with you that I just loaded the new collection from Echo Park--BE MINE. OH MY GOODNESS! I can't wait till it arrives. I have already have visions of the layouts I want to make once it arrives.

As the Title above says, Its a New Year, and with that I am making a commitment to add to the blog. I get so wrapped up on our ning site http://scrappychiccafe.ning.com and on facebook, not to mention personally here in the store, that I have let this blog fall behind. I commit that I will AT LEAST update once a week--if not more. Ok, now everyone can see if I pass or fail my New Years Resolution-HA!
